During this time, mail could not be sent or received in our EU cluster. Service has since fully recovered, and the system is currently healthy.
All incoming mail from the affected window has been successfully reprocessed and no messages were lost. Any outbound messages that could not be delivered would have generated an NDR; if you received one, please resend the message.
We are investigating the root cause and will provide further updates. In the interim, if you notice any mail delivery failures or unexpected behaviour, please let us know.
